Melatonin- where to buy

I've always struggled to sleep and would like to try some melatonin. I understand you can't buy it in the UK so I will need to order it from abroad. Can anyone recommend a website to buy from and which brand/dose to use?

I hear a lot of people say they take it but I didn’t realise you can’t buy it in the UK.

Any idea why that is.

I'm surprised to see online pharmacies advertising that they will prescribe it in the UK, at the top of a quick Google search.

I've ordered some off eBay which also has L-theanine and magnesium in it, god knows if it's legit but worth a try!

You can get 30 days melatonin from a uk pharmacy if it's for jet lag - you can order it online

I would advise that as I saw a study that said the majority of online melatonin that people purchase from non pharmacy sites doesn't have much melatonin in it!

We get ours from Piping Rock too, good prices and fast delivery. They do great vitamin gummies as well.
