Stomach bug going around?

Is there a stomach bug going around that isn't Norovirus? I had horrific stomach pains at 3am on Sunday. Then explosive diarrhea. Since then Ive been eating meals but stomach dosn't feel right at all. Very bloated. And not much appetite. Oh and bad breath. Anyone else had this? Any ideas how to make my stomach feel right again?

I've been like this for a couple of days. I was on antibiotics for an infected toe but I stopped taking them because I thought they were causing the gastric symptoms, but I have continued with nausea and bloating even without the medication. I've been extra tired too, and I've only been able to eat small amounts which isn't like me at all. I do feel a little better this morning, which is good because I have SO MUCH TO DO!

DD was complaining of headache and bellyache on sunday, took herself back to bed for a few hours which is unlike her. Had a temp too but seemed to perk up after calpol, then was spectularly sick all over her bed at 4pm on Sunday.
No sick since but had an awfully runny poo last night.
Has barely eaten for 2 days, but looks a bit brighter this morning so fingers crossed she will be 100% for tomorrow.

I’ve got mild flu at the moment (not the shocker that most people seem to have) and my tummy and bowels are not happy. Don’t know if that’s because of the flu or something else. My appetite is just not there. I feel like I’m hungry but then eat a few bites and don’t fancy any more, then get nausea later. Diarrhoea but not liquid, just urgency and general looseness. It’s gross and just will not sort itself out. I’m fed up because I’d really like to be snacking on all the lovely Christmas food but can only stomach bread and plain crisps.

Of the 4 winter viruses that are circulating widely at the moment

• if it's D&V, then it's probably noro
• if it's just D, with other flu like symptoms, it's covid
• also available, flu and RSV, but neither of those usually go GI

Flu often has diarrhoea as a symptom.

Feeling a bit better now but not 100%

GI symptoms are not common with flu, though they can occur esp in children.

GI versions of covid are common

D only noro can occur, but it's much more common to be D&V.

I started feeling weird on Christmas Eve (typical!) Extremely nauseous all day with stomach pains but wasn’t actually sick, did have a funny tummy though. Was absolutely sweating and then really cold, achy joints etc.

Have felt nauseous ever since and haven’t really been able to eat much which has been so disappointing, especially yesterday 😩Stomach pains have gone though which is a good thing, but just want to be able to smell food without feeling sick!

Whole family have had ten days and counting of chesty cough, sore throat and upset stomach. Very weird combo of symptoms. Tested for both flu and Covid and both negative. Whatever it is it's vile.
