Can anyone help with this bite/lump?

I was driving down the motorway yesterday and my left bicep got really itchy and hot. It had a really hard raised lump underneath the skin the size of the rash.

This morning it is weeping and has left crusts on my pyjama top. The underneath is still raised. It takes up about 2/3 of my bicep.

Spider bite? Draw a ring around the rash and go VP and see a pharmacist.

Take antihistamines regularly and get some over the counter hydrocortisone cream to apply.

There is a really good cream called something like brulidene - hard to get in most pharmacies, but it's fantastic if you can track it down. Does actually kill bacterial infection- which you can sometimes get with an insect bite. Anti histamines and hydrocortisone cream a very good shout though.
