Hi, not sure if I should be concerned about this or not or if it’s normal after being very ill? I had the flu starting on 10th December, most ill I’ve ever been and still recovering, now with a follow up chest infection which I’m on antibiotics for. Had last period on 5th December, cycles are usually around 25 days. Woke up this morning with back pain then suddenly started bleeding. Is this just likely to be an early period? I thought they could be late or missed due to illness but not the other way round.
