for the past few days I’ve had pins and needles/prickling tingling sensation in my left hand. It started off coming and going but now it’s basically there all the time. I’m extremely tired a lot now too. If it’s relevant I have type 2 diabetes from PCOS & I had Vitamin D defiency and B12 not so long ago xx
