I have a scan in 2 weeks but just wanted to see of anyone has experienced anything like this...
It's really hard to describe, I have a very uncomforable feeling which feels like its deep inside my bum cheeks, i cant lie on that area, when I walk it feels like constant pressure on my bum and bladder, like I need the toilet all the time. It makes me feel really sick, the pain radiates up my sides and gives me an upset tummy

Sciatic nerve pain

Pain centre of your jean pocket? That’ll be sciatica… try some gentle movements for your back, the ones where you are laid down (on the bed) may help. Wait for it to settle then try some pilates to prevent it coming back.
p.s I know you mention bladder… any changes in sensation for bladder/bowel def get medical review /111 (if in the uk).

Sciatica/piriformis syndrome

I have had this intermittently for 20 years since injuring my back in a riding accident. Stretching and Pilates help to keep it at bay most of the time. I was prescribed diazepam for when it’s really spasming - I take this at night and it’s much better in the morning. It’s a muscle relaxant which seems to ease the pressure on the sciatic nerve. I find that swimming also helps to free it.

Seated pigeon stretch (yoga) is helpful for relief for sciatic pain. Sounds very like sciatica. Try to sit with your hips higher than your knees so avoid sinking into deep sofas etc. Sleep with a pillow between your knees. It can be so painful mine used to bring me to tears.
