Gallbladder issues pregnancy

Hi.

I found out 2 days ago I have gallstones after having a few episodes of severe pain.
I also found out on the same day I am pregnant.
Has anyone had any experiences of having their gallbladder removed in pregnancy?
I am trying my best to keep to a very fat free diet and (fingers crossed) haven't had any more attacks but I do have a constant ache in my right side. Also so anxious another attack will happen.
Feeling really nervous this could effect my pregnancy I'm really worried 😢

Mine started when I was 19 weeks pregnant, despite contacting 111 and going to A&e twice it wasn't even suggested to me that it could be gallstones - a&e doctors kept telling me is was "muscular pain" 🙃

I don't think there's much you can do whilst pregnant,

Finally managed to get my GP to listen to me 5 weeks post partum , he referred me for ultrasound in August 2021 had the surgery October 2021 , baby was 3 months old by then.
