Ovarian pain

I have an ultrasound scan in 2 weeks, but I'd just like to see if anyone has experienced what I'm currently going through.. it started with a niggling pain which felt like it was in my bum, saw the GP, had exam, everything OK! Also did fit test, came back OK! It's a difficult pain to describe, it's more uncomfortable than painful, it's my tailbone area, I can't lie on it, and it constantly feels heavy/crampy. I also have constant preasure on my bladder, a dull ache around my ovaries (both sides) that radiates down legs, sometimes right, sometimes left, sometimes both, sharp pain in bum cheek, and lower back pain and flank pain, ribs also hurt, all of this pain comes and goes. It's very odd, I can wake up feelin great, then throughout the day it starts and gets worse. I'm just stressed and I have 2 weeks to worry

Spain in your lower back, bum cheek, and down your leg sounds like a compressed nerve somewhere. Have you seen a physio? Might be helpful to get an assessment if possible

I had those symptoms with an ovarian cyst.

Had very similar symptoms since July .
Lots of tests eventually saw a physio who thinks I have in issue with L4-L5 possibly facet joint which upon further reading can cause symptoms thought to be gynae in origin but are actually coming from nerve irritation .
I have been on an intensive exercise program and not at work (so less sitting and less driving ) Four weeks of this has improved symptoms.
Can totally relate the tailbone pain was excruciating and I was so confused by the ovarian pain which jumped from side to side also experienced the stabbing pains in my bottom .Even more confusing -I would get a couple of days where I felt completely well then it would start up again.

If your scan comes back clear maybe request a physio assessment initially I was reluctant as convinced it was a gynae issue but seems to be a back issue in my case.
Good luck
