Normal heartrate

What is an adults normal resting heartrate? Not sure if mine is a bit high. Fairly fit and active. Around 80bmp.

80 beats per minute to about 95.

the normal resting heartrate varies from person to person but is generally between 60-90 beats per min. yours sounds ok what is it when you are active? mine is generally about 75bpm when resting and up to about 100-120 when active/exercising.
i wouldnt worry too much unless you are getting breathless easily or having chest pains when you are active.

Not sure. Just saw it when having my bp done the other day. No chest pains etc so fine i'm sure.
