Why are you worried about these? I'm covered in tiny blemishes. Skin is not perfect and these look completely harmless.

Cherry angiomas. I've got lots, of various sizes. There are quite a few posts with people asking the same as you which will have photos if you want to have a look.

What are you worried about? Are you unwell? Have you experienced an injury?

I was worried because they looked similar to the petechia my son had when he had sepsis, they were pretty much his only symptom.
I’ve had these red dots on my arms and legs but had blood tests which were all fine. I haven’t noticed them on my neck before but they look the same as the ones on my body elsewhere.
Will of course keep an eye on them X

If you can spot them amongst the goose pimples, this is a zoomed in pic of my arm with three of them - around the same size size as yours. They've been like this for ages.

I have a lot of these that seem to be increasing with age, I've had a nurse check them in the past abd said it is part of aging. If you are worried then call a Dr. X

Updating in case anyone comes to this thread in the future. It did turn out to be petechiae, had urgent bloods today with the doctor after it spread 😩 just waiting for the results now
