burnt my dinner (t'was all MN's fault tho for being too absorbing!!!)

DH went out and got fresh chicken and a curry in a jar (was making it from scratch too), and I remade...

kiddies food was salvegable (sp??) so was just mine and DH's.....

happily eating thinking how lovely ad tender said chicken was......then realised that it was still raw on the inside, not tender.....

I ate at least half my dinner, DH most......I am now worrying silly......

have I poisoned us both, should I induce vomiting, am I gonna die....????

please, I know I am silly, but I was rushing (never good to rush dinner, nor burn it either), but please tell me the odds of being fine/not fine.

pretty please...

Psychomum5 · 30/04/2008 21:02

I knew he could do the wardrobe....t'was the trying to fly from it that did my heart in!!!!

honestly, what child thinks he can fly off a wardrobe.....and note the fly, t'was NOT jumping!!!!

Psychomum5 · 01/05/2008 07:50

t'was on the phone to a friend.....her boy in hospital and school run help for my big girlies isn't on today....hey ho, they'll be pleased.

I am fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine.........am thinking that the food was fresh enough, and probably innoculated enough (as they do seem to pump meat full of enough crap to kill off the world of virus's if you read enough about it) that I would have been fine had I eaten the entire lot!!!

the gin was a good medicine tho!!!

will ensure meat is cooked fully in future tho, an not wishing another panic like that again.....less rushing more focus I think. (less MN while cooking too!!!!
