Low diastolic bp

Hello

I was wondering if anyone can help. For as long as I remember, my bp has always been on the low side, around 110/55-62. I have anemia due to heavy periods, hb 10 and low ferritin, not sure it's due to that. But after consulting Google, I read low diastolic with normal systolic can be dangerous and linked to heart failure! I have bad HA so now I'm panicking. I don't have any other symptoms, but the low BP , especially the systolic bothers me. Does anyone have the same thing and can stay that I shouldn't be worrying so much?!

Your BP is perfectly healthy. You have nothing to worry about. Get off Google and enjoy your evening! X

Completely normal & healthy blood pressure. Stop over googling.

Thank you both, I know my HA doesn't help but both my parents had high BP, which I thought was hereditary so found it a bit odd that mine is so low.
Sometime I do feel like my heart is racing, Sometime when lying down at night or after some alcohol, but that's around 85/90bpm. My average pulse is around 75bpm.
