I seem to have reacted to hair dye from a few hours ago, despite doing the test 24 hours before. I took piriton a couple of hours ago, would I be safe to take Allevia on top of that?

Yes you should be fine as piraton was a couple of hours ago. Btw it is quite common for this to happen suddenly in later life even though no reaction to dye in the past.

When my oh had a reaction to hair dye, it took over 24 hours before his face started to swell and eyes started to close up, then he needed IV antibiotics at a&e. It may be worth speaking to a Dr just in case you get a delayed reaction.
