Trying to make informed decision about which baby jabs to go for and in which order of priority with ds2 age 10 weeks - its all changed since ds1 7 years ago when was possible to just give DT without all the rest.

Not sure about Men C (which wasn't available with ds1) or Hib (which GP told me not to bother with for ds1 as he considered it unnecessary after 12 weeks).

Also interested in timing issue - did DT for ds1 when he was 6 months old but wondering about waiting til 12 months for ds2.

Interested to see any useful info anyone can point me in the direction of to assist the v difficult decision making process.

Just posting so that I can see what others say!

I've just read the Halvorsen book, and wish I had done so before DS had all his baby jabs (2,3,4 months). Why don't you look at that? It's interesting, and thought-provoking (he basically seems to me to say take the 5-in-1 (can't get DT/polio otherwise), ditch Men C/pneumo, go for single measles and rubella in teenage girls).

i was going to maybe go to his clinic for an appt (had ds1 measles jab there 6 years ago) but littlefrog as you say, there doesn't seem to be much alternative to the 5-in-1 which is a pain...
