11 month old diarrhea and mushy poo for over 2 weeks

My 11 month old baby has just gotten over a bout of diarrhea and a nasty cold. She was going 5 times a day, so I guess the diarrhea wasn't chronic but it was a marked change from her much more compact poo that she's had since the start of weaning. I took her to the doctors about the cold and diarrhea when it first started 2 weeks ago, but they just gave me the NHS handout on diarrhea and gastroenteritis which says things should resolve in 2 weeks - and while it is better it's still pretty mushy. I've been feeding her starchy foods - potato, sweet potato, risotto, pasta etc. as well as her usual breastmilk and formula (she's combi-fed). Should I be worried and take her back to the doctor? Someone on her mentioned Ella puffs helped with their baby and I've tried giving her some of these too, but it's not made much of a difference.

She is teething (on her 6th tooth now), but we haven't had diarrhea with any of her other teeth coming through so I'm not sure if this is related?

Is she bf more than before?

No, pretty much the same as before. Her formula consumption went down during the diarrhea and when the cold was really bad, but I'd say it's back to pre-illness levels now

if your baby was poorly to start with, this could well be transient lactose intolerance and will resolve by itself?
