Supplements won’t help a B12 deficiency. If you can’t absorb from food, you won’t absorb from a tablet. All of the vitamins need to be high enough to work together. Eg B12 injections can’t be absorbed if your folate levels aren’t high enough.
From someone who thought they were dying because they were so, so exhausted constantly and was shocked at what “just a vitamin” could do - don’t rule it out! For the other vitamins, it’s possible you aren’t taking enough if you are deficient. Most of them are designed to keep you ticking along at the right level - but if you were low before you started taking them, it won’t help you get to a decent level.
Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause tingling/pins and needles, exhaustion, depression, anxiety, headaches, pain, MS symptoms…. I could go on as it basically affects your entire body.
I would urge you to see a doctor and get checked. Stop taking the supplements before being tested for at least 5 days. Your B12 result will already be artificially high, but your other test results will help paint a picture of what’s going on. Try to persuade your dr to trial B12 injections based on your symptoms - if you can’t absorb get 1 injection done by a dr/nurse you can then buy your own to self inject. Also, if you’ve ever been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency, you need those injections for life - many drs seem to stop them for some reason.
