What's this rash?

It started as razor bumps but is now spreading a bit beyond the shaving area.

Each spot seems to be around a follicle, sometimes if I scrape it a hair will then pop up.

I thought folliculitis but the pics I find online are much worse than this.

During the day they are quite faint, they seem to get very irritated by the shower (I do have very hot showers).

It's not very itchy, just mildly irritating. What can I do to help it?

I've got follliculitis and it looks like acne. Not sure what your rash is.

Looks like KP or some sort of shaving irritation. I'd exfoliate the area well (using Korea Italy cloth from Amazon after a good soak) and use an exfoliating moisturiser

Thank you all. I exfoliated and it looked a little worse as per the pic but now has settled again. It's still a bit raised but the irritation has gone down. I did pick at quite a few (couldn't help myself) and most of the time could get a hair out from under the bumps so I guess that sounds like KP?

My skin does seem to be itchy (a dryness kind of itch) all over though (back/stomach/shoulders) and it's driving me crazy a bit. Could it just be a cold weather thing?

I have this issue too and I hate it. I use this https://www.lush.com/uk/en/p/orange-shower-scrub
use it on dry skin then rinse off in the shower. Follow by a good moisturiser.
