I came down with a temperature out of the blue on Friday along with stomach upset. Lasted about 24 hrs. Thought I was better but today I've just come down with a temperature again, with stomach upset again. This doesn't seem to be tracking like a normal stomach bug. Is there something weird doing the rounds or do I need to go to the Dr's?
Just to add, I do have IBS and have had bad reflux pain under my ribs on and off for a while now.
