Thyroid peroxidase antibodies

I've been having all sorts of weird symptoms and just had a whole range of blood tests that all came back normal except for thyroid peroxidase which was "slightly elevated". On the letter the consultant has written "unlikely to be of any consequence". I'm seeing my GP in a couple of days so will request a thyroid screening but in the past my TSH has always been normal (around 1.1).

Is there anything else I should be asking the GP about? I usually need to push him to do anything so would like to go in as informed as possible.
