So since last night my stomach sounds like a busy motorway and it so loud that everyone can hear it… it’s long constant gurgling and even squeaky sounds.. my tummy feels sore and I have a lot of gas from back 😳😳 don’t know what’s going on it’s annoying me now .. any advice
