I've been feeling unwell, sore throat, aches and pains, today I've had a horrible high pitched wheeze when breathing in and out. I feel like it's coming from my throat and not my chest. I don't feel super poorly though. It's freaking me out. I'm not really ill as such just a little out of sorts. Google tells me I'm in heart failure so naturally I'm freaking the hell out and I am prone to health anxiety although I'm never actually ill! What could this wheeze be?! I'll not sleep tonight through worry I'll die in my sleep! I know this sounds mad but just wanting some reassurance really?!
