Itchy back .. help

My back is super itchy lately

does this look like acne. ??

I can't see anything that looks like acne. I came on to say that I notice my back itches at night if I've drunk strong coffee during the day. DH thinks I'm weird, but I've definitely noticed the correlation.

Yes, it looks like there's quite a lot of acne going on there. Try washing with a salicylic acid body wash using a flannel, and then moisturise with something non-comedogenic like Cerave afterwards. If you sweat then have a shower asap.

Have you had it checked by a dr? Is it worse at night. Could it be scabies as it’s rife at the moment unfortunately.

Definitely have it checked by GP itching can be related to liver issues so a blood test might be a good idea.
