Absolutely fed up

I've had psoriasis all my life and if has really flared up over the past months.

It seems that every day I find another patch and its really getting me down. I'm petrified that it will come on my face. I hate people looking at me as though I'm a leper.

I'm under a hell of alot stress at the minute which isn't helping. I've an imported do coming up in June and I've seen a divine dress that I would love to wear, but, if things carry on like this it will be trousers and long sleeved top

My sister and one of my brothers suffer with psoriasis. (They also both have coeliac disease). They have found that since taking Aloe Vera juice orally and applying the creams it has helped.

Sorry I can't be of much help. I am sure someone with more experience will come along soon.

Hello, did you see that program last night about embarrassing illnesses - can't even remember what side. This lady had really bad psoriasis (and I mean really bad!). She was sent for some light treatment?? and the results were amazing. Perhaps if you look online for the program it may give you more information.
