Anyone experience “sudden” urine leakage/potential prolapse

I’m 41, had 3 DC, 3 caesareans over the last 10 years. I’ve got my obligatory winter respiratory infection and have been coughing, no worse than usual, but quite a lot.

I’ve experienced sudden urine and discharge leakage (like a wet fanny fart) from the coughing and I don’t feel in control of what is happening down there anymore.

is this just what happens with peri/age? Does it happen suddenly like this? It feels completely different, more open. What could I have done? Or is it just age and crap pelvic floor?

I've recently recovered from a respiratory infection and had exactly the same problem as you. It stopped when the coughing and sneezing stopped. I'm late 50s and reckon my body's telling me to do my kegel exercises.

I have had this the past week. Im 34 though, 2 DC. Often thought my pelvic floor had recovered quite well but this persistent cough I've had has left me crossing my legs every time I cough or sneeze😳. Or like yesterday when I had to quickly snap "No!" to stop a breakage .

Hoping it's just temporary.
