Thyroid problems

Hi can anyone understand thyroid results?
Currently taking 200mg levothyroxine I have a feeling it's to high.
TSH 0.16
C3 144
C4 33
T4L 1.59
Can't get into doctors till next week, I'm in Spain so not sure if they do results different.

Do they not come with a normal reference range and the units they have been measured in?

I need to try and get a proper print out.
