Sensitive stomach

In my early 40s and I think my stomach is becoming more sensitive as I get older. In the last couple of months I’ve noticed if I eat any of the following (but not every time) I have a bit of an upset stomach / feel nauseous - cheese, clotted cream, pasty, sometimes pizza and pasta. Has anyone else found this? Is there a common ingredient in these that I could be sensitive too? Anything I could be taking to try and keep my stomach more settled?

Ive read that probiotics or prebiotics are good to take but I don’t know the difference and there are so many out there it’s really confusing!

The main ingredient in all of them is dairy. I had to become dairy free after similar issues

Did it used to give you an upset stomach and feeling nauseous?
