Hi all,
I came out of hospital nearly 3 weeks ago (will be 3 weeks this week) after being diagnosed with viral meningitis. I ended up coming home earlier then they'd hoped due to a mix up with wards and beds and I felt happier to recover at home. I'm still really struggling. tiredness/exhaustion, headaches, feeling quite weak and also lower back pain (could be due to lumbar puncture)
Has anyone else had this before and could share how their recovery went etc? Anything I can do to speed it up. Thank you x
