Would love to hear positive stories and tips to reduce blood pressure. I have been on a low dose pill for 4 years. Now mid fifties. Since the annual check up the Dr thinks I need to up the dose as my bp has gone from high normal to high. I realise salt plays a massive part in this too. I do exercise regularly. Anything else

There's some useful info here. I recently had to drop one of my BP medicines as I was getting low blood pressure.

Are you overweight? I've lost over 2 stone and I think that's why my BP has reduced.

Wall squats and planks best at lowering blood pressure www.bbc.com/news/health-66303982

Isometric exercises can help. You need to do them regularly and over set interval times.

There's a good Just One Thing podcast on it too for more info.
