Getting over a really bad cold virus. I'm left with constantly trying to clear my throat. It's so annoying. Anyone tried anything to help clear it?

I’m in exactly the same position and it’s driving me mad! During the day I suck on Jakemans, which helps, but when I’m in bed I’m waking constantly. Someone suggested trying an antihistamine at bed time so I’m going to do that tonight.

Steam inhalation and saline nasal spray can help. Hope you get rid of it soon!

Just bought a packet of Jakemans...seems to help! Will try an antihistamine tonight.
