Why did they scan my lungs ?

I had an appointment to have an ultrasound scan today to check the health of my ovaries. During my appointment, the radiologist also scanned my lungs and said this was routine now. I didn't really think anything of it but now I'm wondering why ? I don't smoke or anything. Does anyone know?

They do look at the lungs with ultrasound sometimes, but I’m not sure why they would have done that in this case. At least nothing untoward was found, good to have an extra check.
