Horrendous tummy ache :(

I have had a pain in my throat / chest since friday, like heartburn but its as if something is stuck there and I can't swallow my food properly, still been eating and no loss of appetite, then today I have this awful painful tummy ache that just won't shift, I don't feel poorly otherwise just the pain what could it be?

have you been on any meds? I once had extreme allergic reaction to meds that gave me horrendous tummy ache (was my liver reacting). otherwise colic? Indigestion? gall stones?
