Red spots on breast

Hi,
I have developed 2 red spots on my left breast. They aren't itchy and I cannot feel any lumps in my breast.
They are close to my nipple area.

I have a 3.5 year old son that recently got chicken pox yesterday but surely it cannot be related that quickly.

Can anyone help share some guidance on what these could be?
