COPD / Emphesma / Alpha1 / Bronciectasis support

I am 49 and have the above

Just looking for peer support i guess

I've got my spirometry test tomorrow.

I have asthma and bronchiectasis. Mostly well controlled unless I get covid or any other chest infection.

No COPD but a diagnosis of late onset asthma at 54! Probably caused by a combination of smoking and COVID. Quit a month ago, thankfully.

I have both plus asthma. All ok as long as I don't get chest infections which unfortunately happens quite a lot

I have asthma and alpha1- norm well controlled but not at the moment.
I hate it when it’s bad it’s so debilitating and draining and lasts days sometimes weeks at a time
