anyone use First defence a lot?

I have a toddler, obviously nursery at this time of year is an absolute germ fest? I feel I have been using first
defence for weeks on and off? anyone else use this a lot? can't seem to see any down sides or warnings about overuse but did wonder the other day. Anyone else?is my nose going to fall of.. 😂

I used it for months before I was due a hospital stay. No ill effects and no colds caught!

I wouldn't say a lot, but I do use it at the first sign that I'm feeling wrong. It seems to make things resolve faster.
