.....if you are waiting in your car for kids after school, at matches etc. Or get out and go for a walk. I do not want your fumes polluting me while I sit in my car, wrapped up and not keeping my engine running. Think about it...prepare yourself , tak3 a blanket and a flask if you can't cope. We don't live in the Arctic , and you can keep yourself warm without running your engine !!! So angry about this ! It's a small thing we can do to help save the planet .
