Constant every day headache

Basically this title! Except they aren't 'bad' headaches, they are so mild, they don't stop me from daily activities etc but I can still feel it (it's always on the left, one sided) and it feels like it's actually getting better compared to when I had them in August....however, I'm just wondering what could be causing it? I haven't even gone to the doctor's because they are so mild I felt silly but this has been happening since June and I keep thinking it's hormonal, or long covid as it started after I got covid (I think!) I think I will go to the docs as it's silly to carry on like this as they do bother me, if I shake my head I can feel it more. I haven't had any other symptoms and my eyes have been tested (no red flags just a strain in the eye) I was given a new prescription but I stupidly haven't got them yet as I already had glasses and I don't think it's that. Has anyone had anything similar to this and did they ever go?

My constant headaches went away when I started wearing my glasses all the time. Previously I just wore them for close work. I'd get the new glasses before I worried it was something else.
