Could this be a heart attack?

I went to the gym this morning, when I came back I had breakfast and while sitting at the table had a sudden pain between my shoulder blades. That faded very quickly but now I still feel a bit light-headed.
Googled it and it came up with heart attack! Dh thinks it's muscular pain plus stress/anxiety/worry

For contexf, I'm 51, overweight but eat healthily, don't smoke, barely drink, exercise every day.

Well yes, it's more likely to be muscular but you can't be sure without a blood test to check troponin levels. If you want to be sure then get to A&E or if you'd prefer to wait and see, be alert for any chest pain, pain in arm/jaw, palpitations, dizziness, collapsing, going pale and clammy etc....in which case call 999 if you can't safely and quickly get to hospital.

If there's even the slightest doubt you need to get proper medical attention, so head to A&E.

Had same a few days ago ...turns out after saying to dh I felt scared I was having heart attack, I've contracted covid so I'm assuming this is a new symptom.
