Meningitis relapse?

I've just spent 9 days in hospital with bacterial meningitis and had 7 days of IV antibiotics (took them a couple of days to figure out what was wrong)
Was feeling loads better when I came out

I've now been home 3 days and in the night last night I started feeling a bit poorly again, headache, stiff and painful neck and upper back pain (which was the first issue for me last time)
Not in terrible pain or anything

I'm just concerned that some of my symptoms seem to be coming back? Is this just a hangover from the meningitis or can it "relapse"?
When I google it it only seems to give me information about recurrent meningitis weeks or months later

My goodness you poor thing. I would definitely get medical advice asap in case you need more antibiotics or more treatment

Get medical advice. Viral meningitis can take ages to 'go'. But bacterial should have been dealt with by the antibiotics and whilst you might not be feeling 100% yet, the main symptoms (apart from fatigue) should have gone. You might have picked up a virus in hospital, but I think it's sensible to check that the bacterial infection has been cleared.
