Fibroadenoma/Phyllodes Tumour

Hi. So a little while back I had found a lump in my breast. Was referred for biopsy where the consultant found a further lump and the ultrasound picked up a 3rd.. Was told all 3 were thought to be fibroadenomas but there was a very small chance the larger one could be "something else", I guess due to the aggressive growth. As a precaution i was offered the option of surgery to remove the larger lump and the smaller one next to it as they were close enough to get from one incision. Have had the surgery and as it goes the smaller lump was a fibroadenoma but the larger was a (thankfully) benign Phyllodes tumour. Now have to attend yearly mammograms which is a good thing but can't help but worry about the remaining lump. They seemed quite sure that all 3 would be fibroadenomas so can't help but think what if the 3rd isn't. It's sending my anxiety through the roof. Have even thought about seeing my Dr to see about the chances of having it removed. I know I'm being dramatic but it keeps going round in my head as anything ive read points to them often changing from benign to malignant quite quickly. Doesn't help that no one I know personally seems to have heard of phyllodes tumours, never mind had one. Not sure what I'm looking for here. Maybe just some thoughts or if anyone has had the same thing.

Hi I know this was a while ago but your situation sounds similar to mine. How did you get on? Wishing you all the very best
