Neck pain and headache

Neck pain for a couple of days (on the ride side)
Today the headache started and it's just getting worse throughout the day

I feel exhausted

No fever

Gp won't see me for a week
Any advice? I could quite literally go to bed and sleep for 24hrs

Have you pulled a muscle ? Can be easily done without realising and the headache could be referred pain. Try warmth on your neck, like one of those heated wheat bag things you put in the microwave, along with ibuprofen every 6 hours. (No more than 3 times a day) If headache gets worse or you develop other symptoms ring 111.
