Before I start I should probably mention I have health anxiety so this has sent me over the edge the past two days.
I recently had an ultrasound for an enlarged lymph node, I left the appointment and was told everything was ok. Fast forward 2 weeks I've had a call from the hospital booking me in for a telephone consultation with the hospital as well as another in person app in December.
After speaking to my doctor (in tears as I cannot wait for tomorrow) he read out the results and said that my thyroid is enlarged.
I am just wondering if anyone has had this or knows what this could be/the cause of it?
