Heart rate - when to go to doc

I have a basic smartwatch, and I understand that it’s not necessarily very accurate in measuring heart rates so don’t want to be a hypochondriac about this but…
I am not athletic, a little overweight, in my 50s. Since I got the watch a few months ago, I noticed my heart rate dips regularly in my sleep to the low 40s, which I understand can be normal when asleep. But it also can do that during the day. Like right now. I can feel it, a funny sensation in my chest. I checked my app and see through the night there were periods of up to 20 mins of 40/41 and now it’s in the 40s for over 20 mins. I am working at my desk so not active.
So is this normal? I have subclinical Hashimoto’s so I suppose I’m wondering whether to mention it to the doc next visit or is it not a big deal. I’ve read about tachycardia- but think that might be a low heart rate all day long?
Any advice appreciated.

Sorry I meant to say Bradycardia not Tachycardia.
