High urate levels / gout ? High uric acid ?

My urate acid is over 400

( we dont know how long its been that high for
But at least a month - its been tested a few times in the past 5 weeks )

Im awaiting seeing the rhuematologist..

Anyone had urate over 400 & if so - what diagnosis did u get ?

Mine was high too, but I was just told it was not of clinical significance if I didn't have symptoms (it was 500 something I think, well abvoe the reference range). I'm still a bit puzzled but they won't look into it further.

Yeah - i hear you - its frustrating that they wont look into it further
