Has anyone young ever been referred to a haematuria clinic and what did they do?

im a nurse and have no idea as it’s not my area. I’ve been on nitrofurantoin twice in the last few weeks, msu apparently came back fine. Last night I started with the pain and feeling like I can’t empty my bladder properly again with lower groin pain and a bit of pain in my side and blood in the toilet when passing urine. The toilet tissue is also pink. I’ve checked it’s not vaginal and I have the mirena so don’t have periods and it’s definitely not, my urine is pink with some blood specks.

The pain was really bad at work and when I dipped my urine it’s 3+ for blood, the darkest green on the sticks. I was advised to go to a&e by my gp who thought it might be kidney stones but I had a CT and bloods in a&e, some diclofenac in my bum and codeine and they said it’s all come back fine but they have referred me to the haematuria clinic under a 2 week wait. I had similar with an endoscopy at the beginning of the year and with being a nurse I’m just telling myself not to panic and that it’s not necessarily anything sinister, just means I’ll get seen quickly. However I have smoking status history and started again after my mum died in feb (trying to quit again) and have seen that smoking increases the risk of bladder malignancy. Any input of similar would be appreciated
