Weird virus not covid

I say not Covid because have tested and it was negative but this was a week ago. Started with standard razor blade throat and nose dripping and feeling generally crappy and progressively went worse Monday so I had to come home from work
Tuesday was breathless so rang for a new inhaler from docs and they said I had to be seen. Diagnosed with antibiotics and steroids as chest infection present. I have been wiped out totally. I'm working today albeit WFH so no driving or make up/ uncomfy clothes but feel so shaky and dizzy still. I know it's only a week but I'm never off sick and feel so weak still.
Got some iron to take and am trying to hydrate but am still on 4 hourly paracetamol for headache - another symptom, similar to migraine that I get but both eyes. Urgh. I don't know what I want here. Just some solidarity I guess. DH has been useless - hasn't stepped up. I've only had a meal because I cooked for myself. His offer was soup or noodles.
When will I feel well enough to go on strike and lay down some new rules for the house??

I've had such a bad head and feel like I've had 3 gins at all times. But not I. A happy drunk way , more of a not feeling quite right kind of way. Back to work is really feeling hard today
