Feel exhausted on waking

I feel extremely tired trying to wake up even if I’ve had 7-8hrs sleep. Once I’m up after about 5-10 mins I’m fine. Also if I’m woken up in the night by my 3YO I feel very nauseous and absolutely wiped out. Not sure if it’s relevant but it’s been a bad year. I suffered a really bad disc herniation a year ago and have lost some of the function in my leg/ foot and also my ND 5yo ended up in hospital for a few weeks in spring after needing an emergency operation which was extremely traumatic for her. I was diagnosed with stress induced IBS which seems to be fading a bit with rest and supplements. This is on the back of a bit of a slog just dealing with quite a volatile 5yo and two years of breastfeeding and our doggy having a bit of a protracted decline. I’m just trying to work out if the tiredness is normal, a health thing or just linked to the last exhausting year (although would’ve thought once I started getting better sleep this wouldn’t be an issue). Tia
