So basically it. How long after threadworms treatment you wash your and your kids bottoms first thing in the morning? Assuming that kids/you don’t have any symptoms.

Probably best to carry on as a preventative measure for a month or so as I expect the whole class have worms

I'd probably take the tablets again in a fortnight too as like @purplebeansprouts said, the whole class will be riddled and we know, as with nits, there are always the ones whose parents can't be arsed to treat the kids.

thanks! we all will get a second dose in a week. She doesn’t like to go to shower first thing in the morning though. Maybe because she gets up very early and is used to play by herself a bit and have a slow morning.

I was thinking about getting her preventative dose of ovex in a month too. Would wet wipes work? Or only shower?

Maybe sit in a small bath and have a proper wash if she doesn't like a shower? Sleeping in knickers, all that kind of thing helps.
