I thought I was on a thread or read a thread recently where someone posted a recommendation for 25mg iron tablets, I can't find the thread for the life of me and can't remember what it was about, ideally I need the non constipation ones and I thought that's what they were, thanks

There’s 200 or 210mg ones from the pharmacy (they can be brought without a prescription). There’s two variants and one is more gentle on the stomach.

I haven’t heard of the 25mg variant sorry!

I don't need them that strength, I'm meant to be on 100mg a day, so was aiming to take 4 x 25mg, I'm currently using solgar 20mg but it's a pita taking so many. I need the blysglyniate or whatever it's called

if you are struggling with iron, you should squeeze lemon juice on every meal as this will maximise your iron absorption . Iron tablets are not a safe supplement to take hands are often fairly ineffective.

Ah after hours of different searches this morning on Google, I searched again just now and found them, it's vega vitamins and they're 50mg each meaning I only have to take 2 a day that's why I was interested
