Does anyone know what this could be please?
It started a couple of weeks ago. I don't know why. It's quite red, really quite sore especially to touch, mainly most sore around my nostril. it has little spots within the area too?
I thought it might be retinol as I started using it a couple months ago but I haven't used it much recently and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
I've tried to stay make up free when I can and put sudocreme on it but again don't think that's helping.
I am going to call the dr Monday but just wondered if anyone knew what this is?
