Dh used to bite his nails and for the third time got it infected, different nails each time and years apart. He has now stopped biting them, finally.
This last time he ended up needing two lots of antibiotics as it was clear he still had an infection at the base of the nail in the skin and up one side. This was back in July.
This is the new nail growth. Do you think it needs looking at or covering? Or will this just grow out? Dh is concerned this will lift off as it grows up and he doesn't know if he has new nail plate growth underneath. He is not a sporner corner kind of person whereas I am.
